Food has always been my passion, from a young child, being mesmerised as I helped my mum bake some of the most wonderful creations, to creating my own dishes that have wowed those who tasted them. My culinary travels throughout Europe and South East Asia have given me varied cuisines from which to base my cooking. From French classics and Italian comfort to Vietnamese spice and Thai vibrancy.
